This work is about how to keep a regular conversation with the divine––be it abstract, absent, or known.

We do this by committing to a regular conversation with each other.

We will talk about the everyday and the crises alike, search out the meaningful and the meaningless, and collaborate together on creating specific rituals and practices tailored to your individual spiritual needs.

Lindsay Sanwald aka Idgy Dean is a queer mystic, musical artist, and 500-hour trained Yoga Instructor and Meditation Teacher certified in the ISHTA lineage. She has been practicing Kriya Yoga for 20 years and teaching it to others for a decade. In 2022, she earned her Master of Divinity degree from Harvard University where she devoted three years to studying the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras, Buddhist scriptures, Christian mysticism, monasticism, creative writing, and music ritual. She won the 2021 Billings Preaching Prize for her sermon on Virginia Woolf and miraculous music and was selected to deliver Harvard University’s Graduate Student Address to ~32,000 people in attendance for the 2022 Commencement Ceremony in Tercentenary Theater. She continues to gather people together through music and meditation, and is committed to cultivating spiritual practice and creative chaplaincy with her Patreon community and private clients.
