STEP #3: SAY THANK YOU - THE BEDTIME GRATITUDE PRAYER

Shortly before going to sleep, repeat the teeth-brushing talisman ritual, and this time, use it to reflect upon your day. Allow your phone to rest, and put it on airplane mode. Joyfully greet your beautifully made bed - the first success of your day. Return to your bedside notebook and re-read the morning affirmations. Close your eyes, breathe in, breathe out, and listen for a moment or several. Then write down three things you feel grateful for. Close your notebook, rest your talisman on top, and promise it you will practice again tomorrow.
